I noticed that my key tag was marked with a tiny underscored letter W... clear indication to the service tech that the vehicle is under warranty. I think the techs should identify any and all vehicle needs to the service writer, regardless of warranty status. Regardless of what you do or how you do it, this left all of my peer group scratching our heads... and questioning how awesome your facitity is.
