Everything went great.. told me a problem with my lug nuts.. I had my home town tire business check them out.. a few were damaged.. had all 20 replaced..
I would be happy to speak with them.
It was a quick visit. We did not have to wait a long time.
This visit was part of a lease but should have been told that it was out of the 2year agreement that we would have to pay for this visit ahead of time. I know this will not happen again. I was asked when I checked in what was needed and I told them what ever the lease called for. I should have been told then that I was out of my agreement that I would have to pay for this visit, not when it was time to check out. This is how you lose customers. I am not happy about this.

Had to bring car back and re- request that Engine Cowlings clips be installed. One in the Engine Compartment and one below the Engine.
With that stated, the Service Technician was very apologetic about having to bring it back, and installed the 2 missing clips immediately.
Once the clips were installed, then I was satisfied with the maintenance and service provided.
