I was kept up to date with the process and permission was asked when it came to possibly replace the battery and filter. I was treated with kindness and respect.
Before completion I was told my license plate lights were found not working from the 21 point inspection and they wanted to replace the bulbs. I told them to replace them but when checking out they said it wasn’t the bulbs so it must be the connection. This truck is covered under warranty so why wasn’t it fixed at the time so I don’t have to come back at a later time. Very inconvenient to return and especially with it already being there. !!! I had not received a call or text and when I called to check on my vehicle, I was presented items to decide on the fly, whether to fix or not. One of them was multiple lightbulbs when my vehicle had just been serviced two weeks before. I was told another half hour, and it ended up being closer to one hour. I was otherwise satisfied with the service and value.
Bryan did a great job and ensured that everything went smoothly with my service.
