She went over invoice with us and it was different from the estimate and what i approved. She adjusted some numbers and submitted a new invoice. We were satisfied. A bolt was missing under the hood. She got mechanic to come out and replace it. All professional.

Something has changed since our last visit. We called only to have the operator ask what type of service did we need before transferring us to the service department then got a message saying they are either on the phone or talking to someone so leave a message. We left a message and no callback. Called again the following day got an appointment. When we arrived we said we want oil change and tire rotation. While waiting someone came up to us and said now you only want a tire rotation and we said no we want oil change as well. They said they were from Honda and at that point we were totally confused. When we were told our car is ready we went to pay and they changed the oil but didn’t do the tire rotation. We are totally confused as to why Honda had a work order for our Avalon while we were at Toyota and Toyota had a work order and they were both wrong.
