Courteous, prompt, no issues with service. The MPI system was slow to send text notifications. The service advisor had already notified me of the service completion over an hour before I received the text notification.

The update text were different from the check out paper work. The representative seemed too distracted, and overwhelmed with work when I asked questions about my car check up. I called about an hr later so I could have my other half talk with someone and I haven’t received a call back.
Tim was very informative and explained everything to me. They couldn’t do the job I was asking them to do, but it was not Tim and the technician’s fault. I had a aftermarket key fob trying to hook them up to my car, not compatible, thanks for the effort Tim.
My service light was off but the tire pressure light was still on and a tire did need some air when I got home. The Service employees I interacted with were are all pleasant and professional. I just did not have your usual oil change service from the mechanics this time
