Pleasantly surprised by the short time that it took to get in and registered, and have my questions answered. Work was done quickly and I was on my way in less than an hour! Coffee and pleasant surroundings in the waiting area were appreciated, too. Also, appreciated, at the age of 88, not being treated as an old lady!!

During the service the technician found, that my vehicle was missing a protective plastic cover for the oil pan. It was ordered! My first appointment was 11/27, I left the wrong key with the truck. The key with the chip was needed to start the truck and I wasn’t told of this till 1214pm. I work very near the dealership and could’ve brought the correct key to Tim very quickly. Because of this a second appointment I felt was not needed but the truck was semi repaired because of a part needing ordered.
Made my appointment to get an overall look to make sure everything was good to go for my move this weekend as I will be heading to training for 10 weeks with no access to dealership or anything for car maintenance. I brought up I had 3 warnings coming up and was advised I just needed to clean my car to get rid of all the ice/snow. I did that twice and still have the LTA unavailable warning that keeps popping up. I called to try and get back in and was told I’d have to make an appointment where I’m heading. I don’t care the LTA is unavailable, but the fact they can’t help get the warning to stop popping up so I can see my screen is irritating.
