Had to pay all these fees including tire disposal, which is fine I guess. I got to work to find 2 tires in my trunk. I will have to go back to drop these off tomorrow.

Neil treated me with respect and set the expectation for the routine appointment right when I pulled up, which I appreciated. And then when I pointed out that they didn’t bring my van through the car wash, he immediately handled it.

Brandon did a fine job, friendly, honest and respectful. 2 hour job took 3 1/2 but things happen and that had nothing to do with Brandon. If I see Brandon again next visit that would be fine with me.
