My license plate was bent, presumably in the car wash. I expressed my concern about a nail in my tire and asked them to look at it. It was ignored and the car had to go back in the shop.

Chase was my advisor, and what can I say? He handled my service the Toyota way. He greeted me quickly, kept me informed, And against all the odds, he actually performed. I spent ten years advising, I know every trick, I was smooth with the customers, efficient and quick. So Chase has big shoes to fill, that much is true, But I’ll give him some credit—he’s a respectable number two. The service was flawless, no reason to gripe, His updates were solid, his timing was tight. Five stars for Chase, he did all he could do— But you can’t beat the master… so second will do. ????

Disappointed that nothing was able to be done with the gas gage. Tells me MT with 4 gallons left in tank. Then looking a paper work am surprised that oil was not changed at over six months even though low mileage

I really can’t understand why you take out the air filter and then ask to put in a new one with the price of installation included? Lower the price of the air filter because you already took it out. Why would I get charged to put in a new one when you have to put mine back in? Charge me for a new one and installation and maybe I’ll buy it next time.

Sarah texted me while I was waiting to get my tires rotated, asking if I would like a quote to trade it in. I traded in my 2008 Highlander to you last year and got this 2020. I was annoyed. I did find Sarah and tell her I thought it was strange. When I got in my car, my seat was moved back (not the biggest deal). My radio station was changed and my air conditioner was on the coolest setting cranking out cold air. I had to park it in your lot and fix it all back to be able to drive without fiddling with my car. I have never had this happen anywhere I have taken my car. I was going to come in and talk to someone but I left instead.

6hours is unacceptable for a 2 hour recall. Don’t know when I can get my car now I had to be shuttled home to check on my wife with health issues
