Someone went through my center console. Didn't inflate tires like they said they did. Service I scheduled was on website was completely different when I got there which caused much confusion leading me to wait 15 minutes for a manager to explain.

I parked my car in parking lot and went to check in. The 1st guy I talked to was very rude. He said the next time you come in pull your car in the garage. I don't remember all he said as I was taken back by his tone. I felt like he was giving me orders. So I said "maybe, as I normally park in the parking lot". He said something about we have a way of doing things here. I said, so do I. I walked towards the inside door to go & he said , go stand by your car outside. I looked toward the outside door & he said, in front of you! Not in a very friendly manner. I'd never had to do this before. The other guy came over to help me who was very friendly. I told him the othet guy was very rude and he needs some customer 6service training. He said I agree with you. The rude person had short dark hair if I remember correctly. I normally don't have any complaints when I come in. This is the first time. Thank you
