There were some significant differences from an inspection report that was done in May and the inspection report that was done this week. In May, the recommendations included replacing the spark plugs and two bulbs that were burnt out. When I brought the vehicle in this week, asking the things that were recommended in May to be done, Nick determined that the spark plugs had already been replaced in September 2024, which I appreciated very much. I was surprised, though when the bulbs that were mentioned in the May report were not taken care of at this visit. In fact we’re marked OK on the inspection report when I can see that they are burnt out. The other difference between the reports is in regards to the brake lining numbers. The main numbers were lower than the numbers in this week’s report. These differences have lowered my trust in the information provided especially in regards to the spark plugs that were recommended to be replaced in May. Nick was very good at providing me updates and again was very appreciative in checking the age of my spark plugs. My main concern is the accuracy of the technicians in the multi-point inspections.

I have always received excellent service at Carlson Toyota as I did again today. I use a walker and there was a service person there to open the door for me. When my car was ready Mr Schafer parked it inside by the open door so I didn’t have to walk in the parking lot with my walker. I thought that was very thoughtful and considerate of him. Thank you for your always great service. I also appreciate the beverages, snacks, and chocolate candy. Thank you.
