Rylen was very professional and kind. I did need other services done & I love that he did not push me to a MUST take care of it now. Scare tactics as you may see elsewhere. He’s a keeper - you are lucky to have him on your team!! I’m glad he was my advisor today!

Re-calls are nuts...call to make an apt with the service folks and then show up on that day...it was yesterday....they did not have the part on site....this not the first time....Scott tried calling all over but no luck.....maybe next time....he is a good guy...the intake for reservations need to have some method to ensure the parts needed are in stock before calling me in for an apt

This is my second vehicle purchased with you guys. I had my Scion for 10 years and after all the services (years later) I only found out you also had a car wash — meaning my car has now been washed only 2-3 times .. today we brought our grand highlander and didn’t get washed. They beat around the bush when I asked them about it. I had to head back inside to talk to the advisor to note it. I never had this issue at the Benz dealership. My car was always washed. It just honestly makes the service experience a lot better. I know it seems like just a simple thing but makes a huge difference.

My nav system was made defective and instead of replacing the defective unit I was given a quote of $4,000 to swap with a used system. Im highly disappointed with Toyotas quality and their service - I wish I never even bought a Rav4. Im advising my community to choose another car manufacturer because its not right to pay all this money and have the manufacturer not even make a quality product and have them charge me more. Feels more like a scam then a quality car.

Everything was good. Only one problem. My car was ready yesterday and no one bothered to call me so I called. They could not tell me if it was ready. So today I waited. Had to call again. Still no call back. So I went there only to find out that my car was ready yesterday 4-27-26. So it was was in the parking lot all night. Not happy with that.
