Neil was very nice, seems to be an honest guy, he talked through the situation that he saw and options and gave no pressure to decide to fix anything. Unfortunately I had bigger issues the day after getting it back. He called back and said it was all OK, i asked more questions as I dont see anybway a car that has smoke coming out is ok, he looked again and confirmed it was a bigger issue. I'm scraping my car days after getting it fixed and I cant help but wonder if he should have known that it was a bigger issue from the start. I went to the dealership assuming you'd know more than the shop in town but am realizing that's not the case.

Very little communication. No follow through. Did not go through multi point inspection results, which the inspection was not fully done. Went to Neil to get answers. Now have to bring vehicle back to finish the inspection. Very disappointed and not satisfied with my experience. Neil had to find a shuttle driver for me too as I waited over 30 minutes for one. Brandon did nothing.

The cost with limited breakdown for service items was poor. Shop fees, parts, etc should be listed and mechanic hours be item. Very expensive.
