I was told I had until 8pm to pickup my vehicle so I got dropped off and was told the paperwork wasn't turned in. That they didn't have a way to finish the process so they knew what to charge. I had to really push before the lady went over to see if the express manager could complete this. It worked. Don't set the expectation then fall short as it can put a person in a bad spot. Like how would I get back home. The other thing I noticed was the updates stopped after the initial check in and video. Nothing on the multipoint inspection or notice of the work being completed. That came after i left. Everything else was fine.

Brought in 2023 Toyota RAV4 today for service. I worked with Matt Leaonard. The service people were great & I was very pleased with how I was treated. They were willing to explain what was done.

Upon entering the check in garage space. I stood outside my vehicle for 10 minutes before someone approached me to check in my vehicle. There was no line, no rush, I was the only car on that space. After the oil change was complete, Mpmy vehicle sat parked for 20 minutes after being serviced before I was notified. I stood in front of the 6 service reps knowing it was done. Each service rep just sat there on their phone looking or scrolling while I waited to continue with my day. When an appointment is made for an oil change, a costumer should not have to wait 75 minutes to leave. I will be changing my own oil from here on out. This was the worst service I have experienced from Carlson Toyota. I own three Toyota vehicles, I will not be back.

Great service! Scott was a great individual and was very transparent throughout the whole service process. Really enjoyed his explanations on the recommended services after my Highlander went through a diagnostic.

I was promised 2 oil changes with my new car and you billed me for this one witch was my second. Also I said no to new wiper blades and someone decided my choice was wrong so not happy at all.

Matt did fine, very helpful. Thumbs up! However, the tech that recharged the A/C on my Prius did NOT put the "L" (low pressure) cap back in place. He left it on the shelf near the window wipers. Fortunately I check for things like this and screwed it back on where it belongs. Not a big deal, but he can do better.

Scott has very helpful and professional during my appointment. I appreciate lhow he came up with a way to reattach the heating shield underneath, so there was no more rattling noise!
