I thought I was due for complete brake job. I knew my tires were in bad shape but was putting it off for after the brakes. Scott determined brakes were fine for now but my tires were in bad shape/needed replacing immediately which I did. Thanks Scott. I will be back.

Nice environment and people. When I got my oil change I had to set up a service appointment. When I showed up to that appointment they forgot to order the parts and tires. Luckily the guy helping me made it work but I ended up having to pay 50 more dollars for tires than I had originally picked

Carlson Toyota has really great energy, people and service. I have 2 dealerships closer to my home but I make the drive to Carlson instead. I trust Carlson to take care of me and my vehicle needs.

I was told 45 minutes to 1 hour. It took 1hour and 45 minutes, not sure what the hold up was. We had very great custo.er otherwise.

I stood in line in front of one of the service desk and kept to being told it will be just a minute, but I stood there for more than probably seven minutes, patiently. There was a line of vehicles waiting to get into the Service garage. I was not met by anyone out there so I’d come into the building and then I saw Service members starting to move vehicles so went back out because they were looking for my key. I received the initial check in text but got no further information after that so after about an hour and 45 minutes, spoke with my service tech as to what was happening with my vehicle and was told Jason was on it now I never got a full service report. My vehicle was brought outdoors and I still had to wait another 15-20 minutes for” paperwork.” This just was not the service I was used to

I was very satisfied until I found that all 4 tire stem caps were missing. A small thing, but aggravating. Nick was great, as well as the shuttle driver. The tires are so much quieter, too!
