My car service was fine. However it took twice as long as was stated. A hour and a half turned into 2 in a half hours. Gave me 10 bucks off for the delay. Seems irrelevant. Told me my tires were bad and they were only a little over a year old. Had them remeasure them and they were fine. Same with my wipers. Said they were bad and I had them replaced this year. Just a bother basically. Otherwise the service was fine.

After the mech looked it over they said I needed to fix my passenger side rear axle seal, there is no oil on my wheel or nothing dripping off backingbacking plate, total 4200$ worth of repairs the truck is only worth 10,000_$

Came in for an oil change. Let the advisor know it is a fleet car and needs to be approved by Element. After sitting down in the lounge area was approached by another person about my tires. I said it is a company vehicle and if Element approves they can put tires on the vehicle. 1st advisor comes back an hour later letting me know the oil change is down and element approved the tires so they were working on the tires. He also said another advisor would let me know when it was down. Nearly 2 hours later nobody had come get me. Saw my car out in the list with the new tires on. Walked up to the service desk and asked about my vehicle and told him that nobody told me it was done. He said the notes said that I was picking it up the next day. Explained how the advisor said another advisor would come get when the tires were down. Advisor told me he would check on everything and get back to me in 5 minutes. 15 Minutes later he said everything is good to go as they were just wanting for Element to approve the tires but the previous advisor said it was already approved. I asked if everything was paid for or if I need to pay with my card and advisor said I was good to go. Next day get a text saying I can pay my bill by clicking the link. Not sure what’s going on but definitely frustrated with my time being wasted.
