My car still showed I need scheduled maintenance, after I spent over $500 on… scheduled maintenance. My Toyota owners portal doesn’t show the scheduled maintenance I paid for. Did I get charged for work that wasn’t done, based on my car showing I’m due still for maintenance, and the Toyota portal doesn’t show that the work was done?

Chase introduced himself and shook my hand; that was nice. It would have been nice if someone had brought my car up to the door when I was leaving, as I am elderly and disabled rather than me wandering around looking for my car.

My first time there @ Carlson Toyota for service on a vehicle. It couldn’t have been easier dropping it off. Being I had an appointment there was no need to tell anybody what my truck was in for. Wam Bam and I was on my way. Picking it up was fast and easy too. Only issue I ran into was not being able to pay before I arrived to pick up my truck. The link to pay ahead of time kept saying my cards were expired. Definitely not the case. I tried three different cards. No big deal though….
