Scott did an awesome job taking care of all of my needs didn’t have the best experience with their automated service the time before this one, but Scott heard about it and he took it to the next level and just made sure everything was perfect for my experience.

I disappointed that my car was smoking the day after I got my car back. I cant help but question if he should have diagnosed a leaky head gasket in the first place before I spent the money to fix the other issues. I am further disappointed that he was going to send me off with a blown head gasket after I brought my car back in.
The recall estimate was 2.5 hours. I dropped the car at 10:15 and was told it would be done by 1 at the latest. When the cashier had no paperwork after 1:30, I talked to Neil and the car was done with the key sitting on his desk (don’t know how long it was there). I had to wait for paperwork and was told the car was to the left or around the corner to the left. I walked back and forth 2 times and it wasn't there. I went back in and another associate took the key and ended up walking all the way around the building until he finally found it in the front to the right (where car buyers park their cars) so that was another 10 minutes wasted just trying to find my car since it wasn’t parked where it should have been.
Neil did a great job keeping me updated on the progress of my service and addressing any of my concerns.
I was in several weeks ago and they were unable to fix the recall. Now I start receiving messages suddenly???
I really don’t trust Carlson dealership or Toyota right now.

Was waiting in my vehicle for 5-10 minutes before any advisor came over to assist. Usually would not complain if it wasn’t for the fact I usually get exceptional, prompt service.
Well it was good however one of the lights has come back on. The low tire light. My son has filled all the tires and we can not get it to go off.
I dealt with Aaron Newell who I found very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working with him.
The whole process, not specifically this advisor. I was in 2 days prior for an oil change and asked to have a noise looked at. They quoted me a diagnostic, which I agreed to and said I needed my water pump replaced. I said I had a warranty, and gave them the phone number and copy of the contract info. They said I had to make another appointment to get the work done, which I did. But there was no record of the warranty info or my previous visit. I ended up paying the full $950 instead of $100 due to the mixup.
Service did take longer than usual.
The entire team was excellent, everyone from Ryan to Tim really were kind and considerate.
Everyone was so nice. The only room for improvement is better guidance on where to park when you pull in for service. It’s a small area and very poor instructions given. Maybe it was just the employee at the time, but a sign would be good. St. Cloud has a great system. Everything else was over the moon great.

I called set up an appointment got a message that the appointment was confirmed but when I got to the dealership I was told I wasn’t on the schedule and was treated like a walk in was at the dealership for 5 hours.
