Would not rotate my tires, told me my lug nuts were deteriorating and seizing up. Wanted me to spend $450 on new lug nuts. When I got home I was able to loosen the lug nuts by hand with the wrench when I checked them. No reason the tire rotation could not have happened today while still recommending I replace the lug nuts.

Stopped in for an oil change and a maintenance warning light. Had a new water pump installed with other necessary items. Work was done within the time frame that was given. Thanks for the good work

Your team is always courteous and helpful to answer any questions and to let me know about my car. I always appreciate the text that I get to remind me about my appointments and also the text to let me know if I forgot to lock a door or anything on my car. My RAV4 was in for the 5,000 mile service which as you know is simply a tire rotation. I noticed before the service that the tire pressure readings on the dashboard were 41, 41, 39, and 39 which are high (door label recommends 35). Knowing service was in a few days, I didn't adjust the tire pressure. To my surprise, after the service the readings were the same. Could it be that you rotated the tires but didn't bother to check the air pressure and notice that they were not inflated properly?

I was very satisfied with the service Chase provided. Unfortunately, my overall experiences with Carlson Toyota’s service department have been inconsistent, and this visit did not change that impression. Chase was professional and helpful, but I hope the dealership takes steps to improve the overall service experience.

This was the best service experiences I’ve ever had—even though it was probably the most expensive—all because of Eric. He’s very professional while being very friendly and approachable. He was patient with my questions and prompt with updates. Carlson is lucky to have him.
