One of the stems on my new tires is too short to air up at a standard gas station air machine. I know this because my four brand-new tires were a tad low and slightly uneven when I got the car back, so I attempted to air the tires up. On the passenger rear tire, when I attempted to add air, the stem was too short to seal the valve and all it did was release air. I also didn’t receive any data on the alignment, which (in combination with the tire pressure) makes me feel unsure about whether it happened. When I took possession of the car, there were several objects normally in my glove compartment that were on the floor of the car and the passenger seat was tipped way back. I would have stayed there to resolve all this, but I had already been there four full hours and didn’t have time to stay.

Nick is great, did a great job. I bought the truck maintenance package, Nick offered and I laughed at him as not that long ago your maintenance package on trucks was a BAD JOKE Nick showed me the package options after I told what I thought of your previous pricing Nice job Nick pushing forward with a sale.

Everything is working. Adam even provided a printed out owner's manual so I know how to operate the car for right now. I also ordered all the books and manuals of how to operate the car and it should be here by next week. It helped when I couldn't get the cruise control to work. It was working. I just didn't know how to turn it on. Everything is great and I'm very satisfied with the car I bought and the service I received. I will make sure I post my experience on Google maps. They should have left me a couple of cards so I can hand them out. But I will make sure they get the right place. Thanks again, Marc and it's clear that their work is not Miller
