In person experience was great with all workers. Had a very difficult time trying to get a hold of anyone to get updates on my vehicle over the phone. I expressed my frustrations about this and management acknowledged the error and was very complimentary. I am overall satisfied with Carlson Toyota and would still recommend it.

It was a hassle finding out at 3pm that they couldn’t service my vehicle, and I asked for paper work to be send over and the email to be answered I sent with all my last questions and no response was given from the sales representative. It just felt like a waste of time having the car for two days and them not working to find out if I could even have it serviced there. As I called Burnsville as well and asked and both dealers said it could be serviced at Burnsville Toyota
