During my previous oil change, the oil filter was overtightened, making it extremely difficult to remove. I will need to bring the vehicle in for servicing. I trust that this issue has not recurred with the most recent service, which I will confirm during my next oil change.

There is an obvious issue with the tail light and brake lights in my car since I bought it. I have videos showing how they are not right and I have been told it’s just the way they are. I have had many people tell me there is something wrong. I am not happy about it and would like it taken care of by Carlson Toyota.

The service was good. It was very frustrating for me when I picked up my car that my dash was all messed up. I understand they need to change the oil life monitor. But please put it back to the way I had it set up. I don’t remember how to do everything and it took me a half an hour to figure it all out.

Everyone has been very nice to work with. Terri is a wonderful salesperson and we've bought several cars from her. I was able to chat with her for a few minutes yesterday when I picked up my car. Was very pleased that my car was covered under warranty. It drives nice with the repair! Thanks!

The cabin filter was checked and debris was left on the passengers side of the vehicle. I had to clean it up. I would expect that the car would be just as clean as I had it prior to service.
