Everything was completed as expected.
It was lovely to interact with a woman regarding my vehicle service! Erica was fantastic and very helpful!
I was told my car was washed but it wasn't
The service was provided in a professional manner.
I got an excellent service.
I have never seen a better looking service department in my life.
Neil was great as was the mechanic that worked on my SUV. Having an honest dealership and service department are what stands out with Carlson.
One thing I’d like to mention is what happened when I arrived at this place in my car: a young man told me to wait, assuring me that someone would be right with me. I waited a few minutes, but since no one showed up, I got out of my car and went inside the lobby. I noticed that everyone was busy—not attending to customers in person, but rather working at their computers. No one said, "We’ll be right with you," even though I stood in the lobby for what felt like more than five minutes. Finally, someone who wasn't part of that group appeared and asked if I had been assisted yet. I replied that I hadn't; he immediately asked for my keys and said, "I’ll go find someone to help you." At that very moment, someone from the original group spoke up and told me to wait just a moment, assuring me they would be right with me to provide assistance. I don't think that constitutes a proper welcome for someone visiting this place for the first time; you certainly don't feel welcome standing there with absolutely no one paying you any mind. I felt completely ignored. I hope this is something that can change, because it certainly doesn't make one feel like coming back. The place itself is lovely—clean, highly organized, with everything in its proper place—but the staff really ought to be warmer toward their customers. The computers can wait; the paperwork can wait, too. A customer needs to hear at least a word acknowledging their presence—letting them know that they’ve been seen and that help is on the way. Or perhaps—and I’m not sure if this has anything to do with it—it might be because I’m Latina, whereas the majority of the other customers I saw there were not.
Job done well but I made an appointment and it took 1: hour and 45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. And I saw my truck sitting in the lot but it took 25 minutes before that return it
Neil was great! Thank you.
No need to contact. Brandon was very friendly in person and professional. The repair is fine. Our mudflaps were locked in the technician’s box so we had to return to have them put back. When I showed up, Brandon wasn’t working and no one could help me. There were no notes on my mudflaps. Notes were left for Brandon, twice. In person and by call. Neither was returned. I would have left a voicemail but his box was full. There has to be a better way to track customer needs that ensure they get service efficiently and effectively. My mudflaps were thrown out and had to be replaced. There were just so many opportunities for this to have been handled better.
Thank you for the great service on both of my vehicles.
Doing a great job. Reliable Five star
I love my truck. It’s a new truck. It’s a beautiful truck. Got a great deal on. It had an awesome salesman about 10,000 miles ago and for crying out loud I’m gonna finally take care of a vehicle. This one is so beautiful. I’d hate to mess it up like I do all the time so I’m gonna do what’s right and Scott and Service really helps in that regard doing the oil changes due the tire rotation lube in up the moving parts fantastic family own business. I’m a customer for life. Love me some Carlson Toyota sincerely, Jake
Almost a lot of the staff there appear to be profiling me as if I did not belong there. What is the problem? If there is no me coming to this company for business, they don’t have jobs.
Very kind and finished very quickly too
