Scott was super nice. They took over three hours and forgot to reset my odometer. These are rookie mistakes that dealerships can’t be making. Then they try to sell me $4000 worth of parts and labor. If you don’t know anything about cars, this is how they get you

Rylen was phenomenal to work with. He was thorough with explaining everything. I learned that there’s a Costco discount. Apparently that has been in place for the past couple of years and this is the first time I heard about this which is frustrating. I’ve been going to this dealership for about five years now and he’s the best advisor I’ve worked with. He’s not short or rude when talking to him. Have him teach a class to the other advisors on customer service and how to generate more business.

The purge valve is a known high-frequency failure on this engine. A basic search confirms this. Escalating to Master tech and Toyota Engineering before identifying it cost me multiple days. I had to provide the diagnostic direction myself.

A 5,000 mile service and an adjustment of a vent for my 2026 Toyota Corolla that my service advisor said should not take more than two hours at the most deprived me of the use of my car for almost 24 hours! I got to my appointment promptly at 10:55am for my 11am appointment and planned to stay at the dealership but when my service advisor said the adjustment of the vent + tire rotation may take two hours it was decided that it would be best to take the shuttle home and that the shuttle would come to pick me from home back to the dealership when my car was ready. My service advisor called to inform me that the car was ready - before 4pm - and said I should expect the shuttle car. I kept calling the dealership regarding the shuttle and they kept telling me that the shuttle car was coming, but nobody cared about my plight until the dealership closed! It wasn’t until Saturday the 4th of April that I had access to my car again! So sad because, as a TNC driver, I lost money due to the retention of my car by the dealership overnight.
