Was shown a deal for tires and checked with my regular tire service center, who was still cheaper with labor and full price vs the shop sale of buy 3 tires get 1 free. Also took my truck to the tire shop after i left the toyota service center and was told by the tire company that I dont actually need new tires, and that the "stripping" mentioned by toyota service guy was actually only mostly cosmetic. Felt disappointed i was made to think i needed to buy tires when i didnt.
Also was told contrasting things. Tire guy said I needed an alignment but another worker who checked me out after oil change said my were tires wearing evenly and didnt need alignment yet. Frustrating to be tried to get to buy things i dont need when money is super tight for me right now. I lost some respect and trust with the Toyota Service Center now, and may just bring my truck to another center after this.

My only comment was that it took a long time to do front brakes!
I was very frustrated today with the time that it took for my service to be complete and it was almost late to picking my child up from daycare because it took an hour and 45 minutes for me to finally get the keys back to my car. I checked my car in and got there at 2:15 as my appointment was stated. And at 3:40 my keys were still in the hands of the advisor and I had to beg for him to bring me to the cashier so that I can leave to go pick up my child and he proceeded to try to explain to me why my car was not done instead of just helping me get out of the dealership as soon as possible because I was already late to picking up my kid. I only had an oil change done.
Brandon is the best client facing guy you could ask for. Pure professiona, very lucky to have him on your team.
I was surprised that they used 0W-20 oil instead of the 5W-30 oil that is recommended for the car.
The battery cable was checked as being inspected, nothing in my truck had been moved, that where the battery is. The check of the high voltage battery fillter was not checked,the manual states that it should be at 5000 mile maintenance. Both of these items were addressed with your current and previous serice managers.

Well over an hour for a simple oil change with appointment. I was told my skid plate was damaged and should be replaced. It was put in the back of my truck. I was not advised it wasn’t reinstalled. Oil change 4000 miles ago at different location. No issues at all with skid plate. No new damage.
Awful service. Worse communication. Also recommended to do multiple fluid changes that were just done 4000 miles ago and don’t need to be changed for at least 25k. Pathetic Awful. Shady

My experience this time was one of the best - from Chris taking my call - AND taking the time, very politely and professionally, to set up an appointment to Adam checking in with me to make sure I was being helped to Brandon and Mack assessing the issue and offering a very favorable solution to Sam providing a most delightful car ride back and forth!
