I’m not sure what happened, but I did not get any communication regarding what was going on with the car and when it would be ready until I called the dealership to ask. Nick reported something was going on with his computer, but it was challenging to try to plan my day and returning for the car when I didn’t hear from anyone for an entire day

It is ridiculous to have to wait for an hour and a half to have the oil changed and tires rotated on a 2013 Toyota Camry. I’m not even going to complain about the high cost of the service. I made a specific appointment and you have a special team to do this type of service. It should take no longer than 30-45 minutes at the most.

Nick kept me updated and was extremely pleasant to work with! I realize it is his job, but I was having a horrible day but the interactions I had with him were definitely something that made my day a little bit better. I work in customer service myself and would be proud to have an employee that is so clearly focused on the customer as Nick was. Thank you!

I was 10 min. late for my routine maintenance appt… Is this the reason I had to wait for almost 2 hrs for my car to be ready? Also wondering why my car is still giving me the message “Maintenance required”?

While everyone was courteous and friendly, I was disappointed that I had made an appointment and was told it would take 1 hour. When I arrived I was told that it would be 1-1.5 hours. I now live an hour away from Carlson Toyota, which is where I purchased my vehicles and maintenance plans. I am on a tight schedule when I come to the coon Rapids area. I was unable to get the recommended work done today because they were running behind. I also have the Costco discount on parts and service. I am aware that there are two other Toyota dealers that participate, but they are just as far away as the familiar to me Carlson Toyota.
