Very very thorough with the inspection, Tony came out and explain exactly what was wrong with my Camry and what it possibly would need and what their findings were and talk to us about how much it would cost for repairs and possibly future repairs and his thoughts on whether or not, it was worth fixing it due to the high mileage on the car and how it could possibly add up to as much as getting a new used car.

FYI only (not an issue). I noticed after Nicholas was done with me, that my home number on my account was incorrect so I wanted it fixed. However, the counter girl said she wasn’t allowed to make that change, to ask Nicholas. I did, but he was was already done with me for the day, so told me to fix it next time. I think it would’ve been above and beyond customer service if someone would’ve been able to fix it while I was there. Other than that- service was perfect!

For routine 5000 mile oil change check-ups, you should tell people 1 hr 15 minutes, not 45 minutes.

I selected the 30,000 mile/36 month service for my 2020 Camry hybrid. The estimated total of the service was to have been $309.06. In the description, it said that this includes replace engine oil and oil filter/replace air filter element/replace cabin air filter. This is what I was expecting for $309. Instead, my bill came out to $429.08. There was nothing in the description when I selected the service on your website that I would have to pay for the oil filter a gasket 5 quarts of oil and engine, air filter and a cabin air filter. Also for the shop charge. So we have a problem because I paid over $100 more than I expected and thankfully a $30 coupon I did have deducted for that I had received in the mail for an oil change. I would like to have a call at ****-****-xxxx to talk about getting a refund of that that portion which should’ve been included in the $309 total. I have the printout from the website as evidence And this is not at all what I expected. I’m usually very happy with my service but today I am not happy.

I told them I was waiting, but instead they left messages on my husbands cell phone, which he did not check, as as golfing. After 1 hour and 40 minutes I went to the desk and it had been ready for almost 25 mins. When dropping off my keys, I said I was using a coupon and showed them on my phone, but hadn’t taken off the original bill. Our glove compartment was gone through and not put back correctly, causing it to open up when I was driving and we had to take it out and put it back on track.

Nicholas was great. The surveys this company offers and any other company should please stop offering. Surveys are a waste and the company should advertise better. Please get rid of surveys.
