I wasn't keep advised about my vehicle. I made the appt to also look at why my tire pressure light won't shut off. I talked to a gentleman at Carlson when I made the appt and asked if this could be done when my oil and tire rotation was done and I was told yes. When I got my car it was not looked at cuz that isn't the job of where my oil and tires were done. Now I have to come back. I asked the man checking me out what services my car needed. He could not tell me and never did. I asked for a print out of what was needed and that couldn't be done either. Finally Brandon in the lobby area assisted me and let me know what my car needs in the future.

Neil was absolutely fantastic, friendly and nice. I have worked in customer service most of my life and Neil did things the way I would, explained things in an easy and friendly manner, he was great, two thumbs up!

I recently came to Carlson for a Check Engine Light on. After a nearly $200.00 diagnostic charge, there was a P0430 code present and was told I had to replace the catalytic converter on the driver’s side - parts cost = $3750.00. I paid for the diagnostic charge, then took my vehicle to get a second opinion. Second opinion results: code for the catalytic converter was there but so was a low voltage code. Battery was tested, failed load test. The low voltage code tripped the catalytic converter code! New battery and everything is good again. What is going on at Carlson Toyota? Service scams, incompetence, poor management/ownership - you be the judge. Buyer beware!!
