The service from Nicholas was excellent. However, the pricing on your website is very misleading. It doesn't include a lot of the fees and I didn't see anything explaining that was the case, so I ended up paying double what I was expecting to pay based on what the site told me. The site should either reflect the total price accurately or have a clear, unmissable message explaining this.

Problem with phone charger slot not addressed. New drive all the way back to the dealership to have a tech say owner is having problems with iPhone overheating in charger? Is there a test for that? Why was the slot designed to not operate with a phone cover? The phone shutdown for an over temperatures in the charging battery and warned of possible phone battery damage.

Don't contact me. I am upset because I'm currently trying to find a sticker on my door because you guys didn't do it when I was in for service. Bad enough I was in with an oil leak at 20k miles. Thinking this is my first and last Toyota. I don't have time for this. I bought a new car to AVOID wasting time

Steven was very helpful explaining the future services that my Rav will need. I chose to wait a bit on them . The tire information especially is helpful. My only disappointment was no car wash. Sweet treat was a nice touch.
