My vehicle was never pulled into bay for service. After an hour of waiting, the **** excuse start to come out. Your service is very Unacceptable! Just a waste of my time. What is the point making an appointment since your service department will never commit. Hint: this is not the 1st time. Further information need? I can contact at ****-****-xxxx. Very unhappy!!!!

My 50,000 free/final oil change and multi- point inspection was not honored. According to the maintenance contract I had only used 4 of the 5 oil changes- very disappointed in Toyota not honoring the maintenance I previously purchased. Aaron may have looked further into this issue

Even better than the service people, who were good, my salesman remembered me from last November and asked if I had any questions and I had one the service person could not answer and my salesperson knew right away and showed me where the button was. Bassel Nassar is the best salesperson I have ever met.

My car has a check engine light now after having to leave the car unexpectedly overnight because the technician didn’t want to complete the work on the day of my appointment. When I called this morning to address the problem, I was given no priority and had to make an appointment for two weeks from now for something to do with the fuel tank, which seems like a safety concern. For a business that prides itself on customer service, this is not at all what I expected.

I was bring my 2021 Toyota tundra TRD PRO in today for recalibrating the tire but your tech forgot to put back my tire valve stem cap on all 4 tire those tire valve cap was TRD stainless steel cap custom made, that makes me a little sad that’s all Thanks away

Was not kept up to date on the status of my vehicle! In previous visits the advisor would come to me to let me know what was going on or what was needed for my car! I had to go see the service advisor several times to find out information! Only time he came to me was when my car was done
