There was zero communication about if/when my car was ready, I couldn’t get through to the shuttle to be picked up, and I had to arrive to ask if my car was ready to be told that it was.
I wish everyone knew the status of fuel pump replacement. Took it on and the person you checked car in thought it might have to be ordered. Would be nice if everyone was on the same page..
