I was very satisfied with service I received.
I was completely satisfied, but I had an issue and I think you guys need to do something to correct it. I drop my car off for service for the recall and I got a shuttle to take me back home when hon let me know that my car was ready to be picked up. I told him OK. I need you to have the shuttle come and pick me up And he said oh I’m sorry the shuttle office is closed. I said what and I had to get my car because I had a doctors appointment eventually he went and spoke with his manager and came back and told me that they would get somebody out to pick me up and for me to get my car that was really the only problem I had, but I think you guys should inform the client that the shuttle service closes early. That way the arrangement could be made early to have someone pick the customer up. I rate my experience with Hong a 10, he did get the shuttle to pick me up in time. Thank you Hong

I had an appointment scheduled for Friday February 14 at 7:30am. My car was getting serviced for an oil change and a recall. I was told my car was going to be kept most of the day. I was never updated throughout the day. I left multiple voicemails and sent multiple messages and I never received a response. My car was kept overnight, Saturday February 15 I called to check on the status of my car and it was finally ready by 10:15am, very disappointed in the lack of communication, will never bring my car in to this location again.
