I called 3x since Feb 9, 2025for resolution in service no response. This has been common treatment since 2020. I hope i find a better place to be service to my car. Please don't call me for service reminder. Thanks.

I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly. I was treated well. I received a car ride home and back again to pick up the car and the list was going over with me showed everything was OK at this point.
After spending $1500 on repairs, the issue wasn’t fixed so I came back 2 weeks later and was told I needed $1700 worth of repairs. It is unclear why the original repair didn’t work but I am not able to keep paying thousands of dollars on repairs for my car.

After trouble reaching anyone to check on the status of my car, I finally got a hold of someone. He said that my car was ready an hour and a half ago. Why didn’t anyone let us know sooner. And, before we brought the car in we spoke to Hong on the phone about issues with alignment. He told us the camber could be adjusted and told us to bring it in. But, in the end, Honda told us the camber couldn’t be adjusted unless we bought an after market camber kit. Feel like we were misled, which cost us time and money. I took time off to do this. I work an hourly job and could have gone back to work today if Honda Service had called me as soon as my car was finished instead of ME having to call. It seems crazy that I had to leave my car for an alignment only and it ended up being there for 7 hours.
John was a nice, chill dude and really helpful. Trying to come back to get another repair done here because he was so cool.
