I am extremely disappointed by the service I received on 7/29. I arrived at my appointment at 7:15 am, it was not clear where the drop off was so I was not checked in until 7:25. It was decided I would receive a diagnostic on my car. I told Tommy Jung that I would be waiting in the lobby and so I did. At 11:02 (mind you 4 hours later) I received a text from Victor Martinez ensuring me to reach out if I had any questions. I did twice and received no response. At the 5th hour, around 12 I texted again to ask the ETA. While in the lobby I saw at least 20-30 people come and go. One couple even had their tires checked and one of the technicians sat down to talk to them about their options. These are just the people who were in the lobby. At 12:22 I called the number Tommy gave me and he said “oh hold on a second I will ask the technician what is happening and get back you.” In an effort to be patient I waited a little over an hour and a half. I called again, I reminded Tommy that the warranty company would be closing at 3 and if he could please give me an update ASAP. Finally u decided to leave because I had been waiting long enough at the dealer, finally at 2:55 he called me and I missed it. I was finally able to get a hold of him at 3:09 which he told me the dealer rejected everything and that the bill would be $1100 and that he could get me a “discount”. He also said that I could get it done today if I said yes since g had the part. I immediately felt disgusted and was beyond shocked that he would say that to me considering I had been waiting for almost 8 hours for him to do a simple diagnostic. I said no and that I would like the shuttle to pick me up so that I can get my car. I paid $226 for terrible service and this is absolutely absurd. There is no reason I should have had my time wasted and that at least 50 people went in and out in the span of time that I was there. I believe a refund is the minimum that I should be asking for. Tommy Jung and Enrique ****wasted my time and tried to bamboozle me. I will tell anyone who listens to never attend this shop if they want high quality business and service.

Max is good customer service, but I would like mention this problem Twice with My Vehicle service at this dealership. My vehicle has dash-cam but every time i bring in for service the technician who touch my vehicle disconnected my dash cam and don’t plug back in for me and no one mentioned to me that the dash-cam has been disconnected.
