Bad service the manager and the employee in front never returned again Oakland Honda of the worst service
Just bought the car 6 months ago
Everything went great! I appreciate the attention and care that went into the service for my car.
A leased vehicle, should be taken care of. (My parents vehicle) 2024 ridgeline 14,400 miles on it. Took in for break feed back in the peddle and wheel they stated the rotors and pads where shot to over heating (seems like cheap parts installed from factory) oh they sent a picture of the damaged items with the wheels still on the vehicle!!! So how did they inspect the break system without taking the wheels off?
Called the dealer they got the vehicle at and the service manager was in disbelief that from September (when we last had it in for inspection)
That all four rotors and pads would be shot due to over heating, he said he would reach out to Honda of oakland and get it wright but we will see if that happens or not. And the service writer at Honda of Oakland didn’t run the vin to see what that we had an add on warranty package.
So they want 1800 bucks to do the work. I called around to other shops and got quoted half the price. 0/10
This is why people don’t trust mechanic or dealers
I had to take my 2024 hybrid crv there 4 times before they were able to fix it. (which was a warranty issue)
I think I will try Honda of Berkeley from now on.
I had my car serviced today, and Taz provided outstanding customer service. She made sure I was well taken care of throughout the process. However, I was not satisfied with the detailing work done on my car. When I returned to address the issue, Taz happened to be heading out for her lunch break, but she immediately stopped to check on me and ensure my concerns were heard. I encouraged her to take her break, yet she still went above and beyond by finding another associate to assist me. I truly appreciate her professionalism, dedication, and willingness to help even outside of her scheduled time.
Amazing experience. John is very knowledgeable about my car and I had an all around great experience

John was very helpful and informed me of any and all issues with my Car! Was very through with explaining everything that had to do with my car. I am completely satisfied with today’s service
The service that John gave me was above and beyond he checked me in real quick got the insurance company settled got the job done and then he was sent me on my way so I didn't have to wait there for the insurance company to actually collect payments so that was fantastic I will definitely be coming back to on the Oakland for my future service needs thank you
Max Cubas was very helpful, he explained to me all the services that my car needed. He got my car done on the time he promised me. I will definitely come back to service my car here.
