2 weeks to do a job that actually took 3-4 hours inside 1 working day. No attempt to contact me by email or text to shorten the 2 weeks wasted in any tangible capacity. Parts had my wheel since 2-3 weeks ago yet somehow Service didn’t know that…..and they're literally in the same building. The actual service was quality, but I likely will not be back as I abhor having my time wasted

The lack of communication was a big problem. I had to call several time and even come up to Honda to get answers about my vehicle. I had to request a rental after several days. overalll, I had a horrible experience and will go through every measure to make sure this does not happen again.

Taz is excellent. She’s friendly, efficient, and goes the extra mile to support customers. Her communication skills are exceptional. She spoke to the mechanics several times for me and addressed my concerns and questions immediately, and she takes time to check that they are addressed appropriately. She made me smile. I looked forward to seeing her when I picked my car up.

Taz was so fantastic and we really appreciate how great she was. The two shuttle bus drivers were also so nice and lovely. The shuttle service is great.

The front and rear windows weren’t properly cleaned. There was a film on them that was evident when the sun hit them. Otherwise everything was great!

Max Cubas is a rockstar. He understands the value that he brings to the customer service experience at Honda of Oakland. He is approachable, professional, and supportive during the entire service process experience. I would recommend Max for any opportunity that may come his way. He is a true leader within your team.
