I'm just a little aggravated that one of the guys told me to sit and wait in customer service for the shuttle, when I was supposed to sign up first, and then I waited over an hour for no reason, because I was supposed to sign up first. Nothing wrong with the actual service of the inspection or anything though, that was alright.

I requested and showed the service advisor the special coupon “wild card” for 10% off when I was checking in my vehicle and when it was written up. I understand it does not apply to the cost of tires; it should be applied to the labor.When I went to pay for it, I asked again if they could apply the discount and he said it could not be applied. It should have been applied to the $199 maintenance and labor charge for taking off the tires and mounting them. I request that I receive a credit that should have been applied

I was not excited about having to take my car in but once I got there, I met Darius and he was so nice and so knowledgable that it immediately made the experience great. We talked about the car of course, but he also told me about his dog, which I loved. He was communicative throughout the process and the whole thing was finished and ready for pick up fast. I would definitely go back to Honda of Oakland, and I would definitely recommend Darius to anyone needing to get their car serviced. 10/10 experience!

It took much longer to do the necessary work than I expected. Do they take their lunch breaks mid-repair. Maybe I expected the work to be done more quickly than it was. I felt that possibly my job was given low priority since I had just “dropped in” rather than make an appointment. I thought it was a simple “fix”. It wasn’t.

I have been to your dealership two times and both times have been bad customer service but the second time was horrible. I called about my problem several weeks ago and was told someone would call me back. No one did I called back again no one did I called back again and spoke with Allan. Then I brought my car back in For service and was told the driver would pick me up by 1 o’clock so I can make my 130 doctors appointment I called seven times to the dealership left messages. Had someone send a group email to everyone in the service department trying to get a response and reach the shuttle driver an hour and 10 minutes after the schedule pick up time and 40 minutes after my doctors appointment I got a call from the driver saying that he was able to come and get me and no one has reached out to him letting him know the urgency. I had to take a taxi and asked to be compensated and was told that I would get a call back from alan on Thursday , no one called me back I called again on Friday. No one called me back if not compensated appropriately. I will write a honest review about this Honda dealership on Nextdoor and Yelp. Thank you for letting me express myself. Debbie
