The debit machine didn't work and it took a great deal of time before someone finally got it to work (and had to use a work around). Office staff indicated it had been a problem all day. If you're going to charge 2.5% for using credit cards and no checks, then you have an obligation to ensure your other systems work or that you authorize staff to waive the fee when it isn't. Not the first time I've had problems at pick up.

MrFisher was extremely helpful. I had a 7:30 am appointment- he kept me apprised of the progress of my service with phone calls- explained options for additional services. He is an excellent example of the excellent service - Honda oakland provides. Friendly competent and helpful Thank you
