I’ve been coming to Honda of Oakland service for years and this was the only time I’ve been unsatisfied. Every other time I come and pick my vehicle up, they will explain things to me, did anything come up during the inspection, how does tire tread look, etc. I didn’t get any explanation, was just directed to go to the cashier. Then when I look at the write up for future recommendations, I see over $3,000 in future recommendations - coolant hose, water pump, etc. I left Honda of oakland not feeling warm and fuzzies like I usually do, but thinking maybe I need to go somewhere else next time. To clarify, the Honda rep was very helpful at the beginning when I took my vehicle in, but it was the back end where I didn’t feel good about the experience.

I look forward to hearing from Honda on the software update to my entertainment/navigation system that frequently blacks out and has to be rebooted. Thank you for excellent service.

I was scam by the honda in Oakland, they lie to me ,saying that the sensor could not be replaced with out replacing the whole part,I request the old part and I discovered that it's possible to todo it just the sensor,I got charge so much money for something that it was so easy todo,literally 1 screw, the technician it's not trusted person,cannot be doing this to people like me struggling in life for better living, and meet honda staff to kill us,I call twice yesterday and the manager didn't took my call 2 time.
