I arrived at 9:30 AM because of a tire pressure monitoring alert. I was charged $260 for diagnostics. I asked how long it would take and Carlos said probably the better part of a day. I checked in a couple of times during the day and did not get a response since it was getting late. Then I was told my right rear tire needs to be replaced. That’s fine but then they wanted to keep it overnight. Replacing a tire is not that big of a deal even with the modern technology and the checks that need to be done. My car was there literally all day. I’m going elsewhere to get my new tire.
Victor Martinez was very nice and kind.
Tommy tried to help but I cannot afford servicing my vehicle anymore. Plus, I had to return as there was no new oil change sticker on my window.
