Carlos Molina was great: professional, yet friendly, and very knowledgeable. My dissatisfaction is from finding out that my “prepaid service quote only covers oil changes, parentheses labor, not even the cost of the oil! Parentheses and tire rotation; my major service today cost $1522. I will not purchase by next Honda from Honda of Oakland, for this reason. I would have gladly paid another 50 or even $75 per month to cover the cost of services as I’ve done with my Toyotas.
Victor Martinez and the whole experience were amazing. Night and day from our years of experience with Kia of Oakland. Victor was very service-oriented and communicative. Our repairs ended up being covered under warranty, but even if it hadn't, I would've said it was great service.

Tommy Jung and service were fine, but aggresive repair marketing is not. This has been a problem for some time. Battery was described as bad even though actual cold cranking amps showed same as factory and I hadn't experienced any problems starting the vehicle. Sticker on new battery says 2/24 even though it was installed today.
