I was impressed with the through checkin I received. John answered all my questions and explained the process. He was friendly and respectful and I will make a point of asking for him the next time I’m at Honda.

Tommy was very personable, friendly, and communicative. I appreciated that he checked in throughout the day and made sure I was picked up in time to pick up my car. I requested John Co to work on my car and he spent the entire day doing so. He is the best!!!!

The representatives were great. The customer service was great. I didn’t like the result. I’ve paid a total of $440 for two diagnostics just for someone to tell me rodents got to my wires and it’s not covered under a warranty. I’ve lived in the same neighborhood for 30 years and I’ve not once seen a rat or mouse. A few of my neighbors, have the same model Accord and not one of them has the same issue. I was told the wiring was made of soy. That sounds like faulty wiring to me.

The service was fine, the communication was really poor. It started out OK and then as the repairs got started there were no updates. I texted the service manager several times letting them know that we needed an estimated time of completion, as we use the car for commuting to work, and still received no updates. I had to call the corporate office and scream at them to even get out in touch with somebody in the actual Oakland location. I'm sure Chris is busy but 6, 8, 10 hours with no update for customers is unacceptable
