When I get the car back somethings have been changed and I have some trouble getting them back. Usually, it is just the driver seat position but like today the message with the car radiator gauge, fuel gauge was fine but the information with the mileage I have driven since the last fillip, the mileage per gallon and the estimated mileage I can still travel had been erased or hidden from and I still have been unable to get them back.
Mr.Nong provided great customer service!He was attentive,patient,and clarified info before preceeding to next inquiry.He double checked for best accomidations and resolution to resolve issues with my vehicle.Service time was quicker than I expected,freeing up my day.Well done!

From the beginning Hong was doubtful because he couldn’t find my appointment, even though explain to him that it was booked by a mechanic/collision repair shop and I gave him the number. He insisted there was no appointment even before going back to ask again. It was sort of the opposite of “customer is right”… Later, he did not keep in touch with me and I worked and waited on site for 2 1/2 hours until I finally called to ask about the update. My understanding was that the diagnosis would only take a couple of hours as needed front desk. He did not send me any messages or let me know what was going except when he camd in and said “we may have an idea that late afternoon“ which was not very thoughtful about my time, especially that I have to pick up my small child from school. in the past, Honda service representatives kept me updated frequently and were understanding about my timeline and need for picking up my son. And then once I finally talked to the manager, I was told that it would have to be an overnight or full day thing again, none of this was communicated to me before. I’ve been a very long time and consistent customer of Honda for at least 14 years, and this definitely felt like I was being treated like I was not an important or valued customer. Until after the manager, Alan, spoke with me and made me feel more taken care of. Later Hong explained it to me more carefully what happened, but again, my advice is that all of this be communicated more clearly upfront with concern and respect for the customers schedule and work and family obligations.

When you programmed my key fob it wasn't done correctly. I'm sitting at Honda in Loma Linda having to do the same thing again because it wasn't done the right way the first time. A waste of my time.
I am very satisfied with my recent visit! Victor was personable and knowledgeable, and he answered all the questions I had without making me feel like I was taking up his time. He made sure I had all the information I requested, and I now know what service my car needs, which I otherwise would not have known about. If possible, I will make appointments with Victor when I bring my car back in the future. He will certainly be receiving a 5/Excellent from me!

Device was good but I was told when I bought the vehicle that the 1 st maintenance would be after 5000 miles or Six moth and non of that was true when first took to my car for service
