Hong Nong made a very trying and expensive service visit better as he was able to explain was had happened to my Fit. He was able to assure me that the car would be fixed by the next day and it was. I was satisfied with our interactions.

Shuttle to experience was a nightmare. Waited 1.5 hrs to go home. I was told they stopped at 3 while the work continues until 5 or 6. Your service staff told me I was responsible to pay
