I made sure that Victor would be available when I came in for my 7 year service because he's personable, knowledgeable, and always ready to answer any questions I have and to explain exactly what the service entails. I will continue to schedule my service appointments with Victor when possible because of his excellent customer service, which is greatly appreciated!

My oil setting still showed on my dashboard at 30%. I called the service advisor to confirm if my car had the oil change and he said yes. I said how am I going to know when to bring my car back in since the technician didn’t change the oil percentage to 100%. I was told to come back the next morning to get that fixed. That poor service that I spent $3000 and I had to come back to get something fixed that should have been done before I was told my car was ready for pick up. That’s an inconvenience to me as the customer. Lucky I was third in line Friday morning and spoke with Hong and he was able to get a technician to reset the oil to 100% on my dashboard. He also said for the inconvenience he would comp me for my next oil Change and took a picture of my VIN to update my account with notation of that on 10/18/2024.

My vehicle was kept too long by Honda Of Oakland. The service department did not do a diligent job with observation of my vehicle. I am being charged l a portion of my deductible when I feel as though my total deductible should’ve been waived because of the inconvenience and the length of time that my vehicle has been at Honda Oakland, which has been since approximately August 30, 2024 today is October 23, 2024 and I still have not gotten my car. I would not refer anyone to Honda Of Oakland and I likely will not be using Honda Of Oakland for Servicing any longer. My representative did not communicate with me and was not very helpful at helping me achieve my request
