I was charged for a multi point inspection which was not necessary as I had the car in days before and weeks before. The sheet with prices was not given to me before authorization nor was it explained to me the break down just a whole numbers. That’s super shady and I can see why you do it now as that was an extra $150. Profit I was charged $110. To see if the oil was leaking when I explained I had called in during the 30 day after the repair and did not get a call back. I brought the car in as soon as I was able to as I was in the critical care ward for 13 days during that time and unable to get anyone to bring it in. So ten minutes to look at it and take photos cost me $110. Ok I should have asked to see the paper before signing it and it should have been handed to me. Now, I don’t trust the up marking but I trust the work. What a dilemma. I need to bring the car back for a 1300 fix that wasn’t the problem… for the ac/heat servo to the vents.

Everything was great! Someone forgot to put one tire air pressure cap on so I’m currently missing one. I’d also recommend more signage directing people to the maintenxe area versus the sales area.
