I scheduled an appointment for a 60K mile service as it was explained to me at the time of purchasing the service agreement that pre payment of the 60K mile would be well worth it, as there are a number of services performed at this mileage. Hong had an attitude immediately after telling me that my total for the service would be nearly $1,500 and that it looked like I already had the 60K service nearly 2 years ago. This is unacceptable. I’ve paid Honda for a $60,000 service that was never received.
