This is the worst service Inhave ever dealt with at a dealership. My car was stolen and recovered with minimal damage. Tommy did not process the repairs correctly and you have had my car over a MONTH. My rental car coverage through my insurance expired and you won’t give me a loaner so I am completely without a vehicle. This is unacceptable. I will not being doing business with Honda of oakland ever again.

Victor did a great job. However, I waited in the customer lounge for a shuttle for 1 1/2 hours. As it turned out, my car was ready to go within the next 1 1/2 hours, but I was left waiting in the lounge for longer than I expected.
