First of, TAZ IS AMAZING. If it wasn’t for her, I probably would never come back to this place. She went above and beyond to help me with my issue because my car was being recalled for the fuel pump, but there was a strong gasoline odor and I wasn’t sure if it was safe to keep driving until the parts came in. She immediately made an appointment for me to ensure the safety of my car and helped ease my nervousness.
I was most bothered by the service department where you go to pick up your car. It’s already intimidating being a woman at an auto shop. But not a single person asked if I needed help or even acknowledged that I was just standing there. They looked at me and then looked back at their screen. It was so unprofessional and made me not ever want to go back.
