Very disappointed our brand new car has so many problems. I hope after this service it stays problem free. Taz was very professional and calmed me down with her calmness and reasonable personality. It wasn’t the service departments fault the car is faulty. They did the best they could.
John is extremely professional. He kept in touch to let me know my car was almost finished. He explained all the necessary paper work and drove my car to me in a timely manner so that I could beat the traffic going back to Fairfield. I will continue to do business with Honda service center and John in the coming year. Thanks for bringing back the snacks in the customer's waiting area,

The service dept including this agent and manager were very poor at communicating with me about my car and keeping me posted on its status. I had to come in twice in 2 weeks and had my car overnight both times. This agent LIED to me about rental information. LIED, why? The manager had no good answer about this and also did not provide any apology or empathy or explanation. ,There was no empathy or genuine concern about my experience. The service has lost my trust and I’m sure you will care not given all the money you took from me. Ridiculous, you have lost a customer, check out your reviews as this racket and hustle will run out of customers to exploit.
Victor could not have been more helpful and informative.about the recall on my CRV. I had a previous encounter with Victor a few months ago when after a hard reset of the car system he was able to reconnect the blue tooth when seemingly no one else could.. I think he is an excellent employee and a great representative of your company.
