I was in your waiting room for almost two hours after my car was ready and no one texted or called and several of your workers came through and saw me sitting there. This was after the guy who helped me grossly over-estimated my wait time. I’ve been coming to you for years but you may have lost my business.

From my first Honda purchase in 1988 to my fourth in 2020, this is the first time ever that I question the cost of service at a dealership. The work Oder is not itemized; when asked, the Service Advisor nor Supervisor could explain the costs either. It did not help that I prepaid for the parts yet once picking up the car, I was charged the full amount. A Supervisor had to explain the readjustment to the Cashier. Your business is based on trust in the Advisors and after all these years I am considering other options for future maintenance.

John Jeffries my Honda service advisor was great to work with. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about what my vehicle needed to be addressed on my vehicle to keep it in top shape. John kept me advised by text on the status of the service being done which was much appreciated. John is a great asset to Oakland Honda in my opinion
