Victor is such a nice man! He's more than a service advisor, he is what Honda Of Oakland represents to me: Good people caring for and treating their customers like good friends! The world needs more of Victor Martinez. But until then, at least I know that such a wonderful person continues a long line of great service advisors from Honda Of Oakland! :-)

John was amazing and very helpful! I was skeptical / second guessing taking my car to a dealer as I think it’s pricier but John’s customer service was so wonderful it made it worthwhile. John was courteous, kind, clear, and efficient. He communicated clearly and I really appreciated that he had my car washed after the service. Would happily go back to John with my car again in the future.

John provided excellent service and contacted me with some additional information about some things that needed to be done on my car. He gave me an accurate time for the completion of things done with the cost.

Victor Martinez was superb. What I did NOT like was Honda management requiring pricing to be in one of three packages. I only want to pay for exactly what I want.

Victor was a great rep. He helped me at such a vulnerable time. He walked me through the car and we both diagnosed the problem. He quoted my price (parts and labor) for the fix and then told me the length of time it would take. The next day he followed up with me and then on Saturday today January 4, 2025 he called and said I could pick my car. I am so happy. I missed my car. Thanks Victor! Heidi and I are back on the road.

- Improvement with customer service / service assistant phone calls would help with communication
- Consistency with estimate expectation and communication when changes occur to increase price (communicating with customers before additional services are added without customer consent causing price increase)
